What Is Rapid Prototyping?
Rapid prototyping uses CNC machining to quickly produce functional parts from production-grade materials. Unlike 3D printing, CNC prototypes have the same mechanical properties as final production parts.
Lead time depends on part complexity and quantity and is confirmed with your quote. Single prototype parts are welcome.

Prototypes and low volume CNC machining
We machine single prototype parts as well as production runs, in aluminum alloys and alloy steel. A prototype machined from the same material as production lets you test fit and function before you commit to volume.
Prototypes go through the same CNC milling, turning, wire EDM and anodizing processes as production parts, so the step from prototype to production is short.
