What Is CNC Turning?
CNC turning is a subtractive manufacturing process where a workpiece rotates while a cutting tool removes material to create cylindrical shapes. Modern CNC lathes with live tooling can perform milling, drilling, and tapping in a single setup.

Our CNC lathes make round parts in aluminum alloys and alloy steel: shafts, axles, pins, bushings, sleeves, spacers, end caps and threaded rings. Metal parts are machined to a tolerance of 0.02 mm.
When a turned part also needs flats, cross holes or holes around a flange, we finish those features on our 4.5-axis machining centers, so you get the complete part from one shop.
